Bredbandskollen is a free tool that allows you to test your internet connection. You can use it in the browser on your computer, but also on your smartphone with the help of our app.
Bredbandskollen’s test gives you a measurement that you can compare to the rate you pay for with your ISP, while at the same time, with the help of the results, you can make sure that your technical equipment is working properly.
The measurement can be done on our website as well as in our apps for iOS, Android and Huawei.

The Swedish Internet Foundation
Bredbandskollen is run by the The Swedish Internet Foundation, an independent organization that works for the positive development of the internet. The foundation is responsible for the Swedish top-level domain .se and the operation of the top-level domain .nu. The surplus of income from domain operations is used to improve the internet in Sweden in different ways. The focus is on helping Swedes to become knowledgeable and aware internet users. Bredbandskollen is a part of this work.

Bredbandskollen also works in Norway and Denmark, as we have a measuring server in Oslo and one in Malmö.
